Some Victorians may be without power for days as electricity companies investigate the cause behind power outages affecting about half a million customers across the state.
The heavy storms in Melbourne have caused power outages in areas of Monash, including where our phone centres are located. As at 3.45pm on Tuesday afternoon, we are unable to take incoming calls. Our walk in customer service centres in Oakleigh and Glen Waverley are also closed.
- If your call is an emergency related to the storms, please call State Emergency Services on 132 500 or via website: https://www.ses.vic.gov.au/.
- If your call is non-urgent related Council business, please call tomorrow (Wednesday).
Please take care when driving or moving around during the storm.
