Prancing horse impounded in Prahran

Police from the Prahran Frontline Tactical Unit have impounded a vehicle in Prahran last night (17 September), Victoria Police say.

Investigators observed the vehicle, a red Ferrari GTS, travelling north on Chapel Street about 11.30pm.

The driver of the vehicle, a 42-year-old Caulfield man, returned a positive blood alcohol content reading of 0.288.

His Ferrari was immediately impounded for 30 days at a cost of $889.10 and his licence was immediately suspended.

He is expected to be charged on summons with one count of drink driving.
