Princess wears Australian Label Moss & Spy to Washington Function

On the eve of the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Australia’s own Princess has been seen wearing Australian label Moss & Spy at an international function in Washington State in the US.

The Australian born Princess Mary of Denmark was recently spotted in the Moss & Spy ‘Eden Dress’, while attending an event at the newly opened Nordic Museum in Seattle recently.

The dress was personally chosen by Princess Mary’s husband Prince Frederick on a visit to Australia in December last year. He visited the Moss & Spy boutique in Woollahra in Sydney and bought the dress as a surprise present for her birthday.

Creative Director of Moss & Spy, Lia Tsimos said "I was delighted to offer the Prince a dress that met his high standards for his wife."

"Princess Mary never fails to be one of the world’s most elegant women and I’m proud to see how stunning our Princess looked wearing an Australian design at an international function in the United States".

"I’m also a great fan of Meghan Markle and her strong, outspoken advocacy for women, so, I’m hoping to see the new English Princess wearing Moss & Spy as well", she said.

"We design our collections for strong, confident women who appreciate the importance of their feminine side - which makes Princess Markle the perfect example of the Moss & Spy woman.

"Australian women who want to show off their inner Princess can find our new Spring and Summer ranges which we are launching in store and online now www.mossandspy.com.au.

"Our beautiful florals, laces and vibrant colours will leave a lasting impression at a Royal Wedding, at the races, parties, or any day in the office", designer Lia Tsimos said.
