Notice is given of an application made under the Local Government Act 2009 for temporary road closure of an area of unformed road adjoining lot 7 on RP740413, 8 Owen Close Portsmith, shown edged in red on the attached aerial photo.
Should this application be approved, the road area will no longer be available for public use and a road permit will issue to the applicant to allow exclusive use of such road area.
