Waverley Council is workshopping ideas for a proposed streetscape upgrade along Campbell Parade at North Bondi shops and bus terminus.
The project is in its early stages, but we aim to present three draft concept designs to stakeholders and later to the wider community in several months' time.
No decisions have been made whatsoever about the design elements of these draft concepts, including with respects to parking or landscaping, which are being workshopped and will be informed by stakeholder and community feedback.
Waverley Council is looking forward to progressing plans for this streetscape upgrade, including replacing ageing infrastructure, to improve safety for pedestrians and all road users, and to beautify this lovely neighbourhood area of Bondi.
As with any major infrastructure project, the Council will work with stakeholders and the community to achieve positive outcomes and updates will be provided as they come to hand.
