Emergency Declaration, Sunnybank Hills.
Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act.
The emergency declaration was made at 1.13pm and roads are closed on Bradman Street between Bellrick and Peterkin Streets to all pedestrian and vehicle traffic and several houses on Morden Street are effected in the area (pictured).
Police attended an address in Bradman Street earlier today in relation to a welfare check.
A man and woman are inside the house and police negotiators are on scene.
People located within the PSPA zone, residents or businesses, must stay inside their buildings until further advised.
