Police have declared an emergency situation under the Public Safety Preservation Act on Schmidt Road in Cedar Creek, Queensland Police say.
The declaration was made at 7.36pm, and police have established an exclusion zone bounded by Beaudesert Beenleigh Road to the east, Shaws Pocket Road to the north, and Chardon Bridge Road to the south.
