Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) following a vehicle fire in Gunalda this afternoon, 7 January.
About 1.10pm, police and emergency services were called to a business address on the Bruce Highway following reports a car and a caravan were on fire.
A PSPA was declared at 1.42pm, with the exclusion zone encompassing the business address.
Motorists and members of the public are advised to avoid the area and expect delays.
