Police have made an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) following a fire at Kinsellas Road West, Mango Hill.
The PSPA was declared just after 7am following reports of a building fire.
The emergency declaration encompasses Kinsellas Road West, Diamond Jubilee Way and Waler Close.
Residents in the area are asked to remain indoors, close their windows and, if possible, turn air-conditioning on re-circulate mode.
Members of public are asked to avoid the area.
