PSPA revoked at Ipswich

Police have revoked an emergency declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act at Ipswich this afternoon following a fire at a dry cleaning business.

The declaration was made just before midday after the blaze broke out at the premises on Brisbane Street.

The declared zone of Limestone Street, Brisbane Street, Marsden Parade and Bell Street was revoked at 1.25pm.

Police have declared a crime scene and investigations are underway to determine the cause of the fire.
