Public hearing regarding reclassification of land

Locale Consulting will be chairing a public hearing on behalf of Council regarding the proposed reclassification of Lots 1 and 2 DP 1270948, located at 300 Powell Street, Grafton from "community" to "operational" land via an amendment to Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (CVLEP) - Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land (CVLEP)

The purpose of the proposed reclassification of the two (2) land parcels is to rectify a minor encroachment from the adjoining land parcel (Lot 21 DP 712604) and also to consolidate the land parcels to facilitate the transfer of ownership of the resultant land parcel to the Grafton Police Citizens Youth Club (PCYC), who currently manage the sports facility.
