Public help leads to man's arrest, SA

A man has been charged with unlawfully being on premises after assistance from the public following a police appeal for information in July, according to SA Police.

Sturt Police sought information from the public after a man was seen behaving suspiciously in the public toilets of a Torrensville shopping centre between 1.30 and 2pm on Wednesday 12 July.

In a bid to identify the man CCTV footage was released.

As a result of assistance from the public, police arrested a 31-year-old man from Tennyson and charged him with being unlawfully on premises.

He was granted bail and is expected to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 21 November.

Police would like to thank the community for their assistance in connection with this matter.
