Yesterday, officers from State Crime Command issued a 37-year-old Mudgeeraba woman with a notice to appear on two charges of misconduct in a public office and one charge of disclosure of confidential information.
The charge relates to her previous employment with a Queensland Government department.
She will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court on June 21, 2019.
