QPS at National Indigenous Cricket Championships

QPS members Ashley Renouf, Brad Stout, Adrian Coolwell and Tom Sky, Queensland Police say.

The Queensland Police Service is well represented at this year’s National Indigenous Cricket Championships in Alice Springs. On the playing squad we have Senior Constable Ashley Renouf, Police Liaison Officer Brad Stout and Constable Tom Sky ably supported by Adrian Coolwell from Police Recruiting on staff.

Unfortunately New South Wales put in a performance that sent shock waves through the men’s division this morning with a crushing 188 run win over Queensland. Which adds to a tough start for Queensland after a first round defeat against South Australia.

A national side will be selected to tour the UK later in the year from these championships. This is the last time the Championships are being held in Alice Springs as from next year they are moving from state to state each year.
