Ram raid at Craigieburn service station

Detectives are investigating and appealing for information after a ram raid at a Craigieburn service station overnight.

Police have been told a utility reversed into the service station roller door at the intersection of Hanson Road and Kingswood Drive, on Monday 6 January, just after 2.30am.

During the burglary it is believed the three offenders jumped out of the ute and entered the store before they made off with cash.

The trio were last seen heading down Kingswood Drive toward the Hume Freeway.

Hume Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating.
