Rape charge, Capalaba

Police have charged a man with rape following an incident at a Capalaba massage practice on January 5.

Police will allege a man employed at the practice inappropriately touched a 21-year-old woman during a massage session.

As a result of investigations, a 24-year-old Spring Hill man was charged with one count of rape.

The man was granted bail in Cleveland Magistrates Court yesterday and will appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on March 11.

Detectives are appealing to any other person who may have had a similar experience in the Capalaba area to come forward.
