Cairns Regional Council advises all ratepayers that half-yearly rates notices were issued last Friday 24 January.
Residents are asked to allow up to seven business day for delivery via Australia Post mail.
Electronic notices should be in email inboxes; please check spam folders if the notice is not there.
If you have registered to receive your notices through BPay View, please check your online banking notifications.
If you have not received your rates notice by Friday 7 February, please contact Cairns Regional Council on 1300 69 22 47.
Half-yearly rates are due Thursday 27 February 2020.
Payment of rates can be made conveniently and securely via the Online Self Service payment page on Council's website. For multiple properties, use the shopping cart facility.
Payment by credit card can be made by phone on 1300 276 468 using the biller code and reference number on the rates notice.
Other payment methods include via BPay, Australia Post, mailed cheque or money order and in person at Council's customer service centres.
