RBNZ Announces Process Changes, Restructure

From 31 March until 13 October 2025, the RBNZ has undergone an organisational change and restructure process. The RBNZ recognises the high level of interest in the process and now that it has been completed, we are publicly sharing core information on structure, headcount, and financial information.

The documents we are releasing were produced and shared with staff throughout the change process. These documents are accompanied by an overview document with frequently asked questions related to the change process, and the final organisational structure to Directorate level.
