The Morrison Government has reappointed Ms Jan West AM and the Hon Michael Ronaldson as non-executive directors of the Board of Australia Post for three year terms.
Ms West brings valuable corporate governance, finance and audit experience to the Australia Post Board, having previously been an Audit Partner at Deloitte. Ms West is currently the Chair of Australia Post's Audit and Risk Committee, a Director of Dairy Australia and Neurosciences Victoria, and is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee for the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance.
Mr Ronaldson has extensive board experience, legal skills and community and government liaison experience. This includes his previous roles as Minister for Veterans' Affairs and Special Minister of State. Mr Ronaldson is currently the Chairman of InnoWell Pty Ltd.
