Reconciliation Week - Bridging Now To Next

Minister for Indigenous Australians

Today marks the start of National Reconciliation Week (27 May to 3 June), a time to reflect on our shared histories and cultures, and work towards a better future for all Australians.

The 2025 Reconciliation Week theme is Bridging Now to Next, which urges Australians to look to the future and continue the push towards a more united and respectful nation, guided by the lessons of the past.

This year's Reconciliation Week also marks the 25th anniversary of the historic walk for reconciliation across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, involving more than 250,000 people.
