As COVID-19 cases continue to rise significantly throughout NSW, including the Hunter region, Cessnock City Council is encouraging residents to stay safe and do their business with Council remotely, where possible.
With the increase in case numbers, rules and restrictions which apply in NSW continue to change as we navigate this new Omicron outbreak. Cessnock City Council continues to operate in accordance with NSW Health guidelines.
In order to reduce risk and keep our community safe, residents can connect with Council remotely in a number of ways, including visiting Council's website. Here, residents can live chat with Council's Customer Service team, report an issue, make payments, order a new bin, track a DA, and more.
