Reference Group for Koori Inclusion EOI

CFA is calling for Expressions of Interest from individual and stakeholder representatives to establish a Koori Inclusion Action Plan (KIAP) Reference Group.

Reference Group for Koori Inclusion EOI

KIAP is being reviewed for the next five years, and here's your chance to shape it's future.

KIAP promotes inclusion by improving access to CFA services, programs, policies and procedures for the Victorian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, also referred to as the Koori community.

Launched in 2015, KIAP is an example of CFA's commitment to improve Aboriginal inclusion and engagement across the organisation.

The role of the Reference Group is to review the current KIAP, and to recommend updates and changes to the KIAP to inform delivery of Aboriginal inclusion within CFA for the next 5 years.

We welcome community voices from outside CFA.

If you identify as, have current involvement or connections through community networks in the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander communities, and you feel you have can constructively contribute to discussions and recommendations, your application will be welcomed and considered.

We are seeking applications from people who have a genuine capacity to commit to the CFA KIAP Reference Group for the required duration of the review period.

It will likely be 4-6 months from the establishment of the Reference Group, with meetings to be held during standard weekdays.

If you would like to be part of the KIAP Reference Group please complete the application form detailing your interest, which can be found here.
