The NSW Nationals have raised concerns around the Premier's apparent lack of knowledge on regional issues.
Under questioning from NSW Nationals Leader in the Upper House Sarah Mitchell, the Premier was unable to provide a timeline for works on Waterfall Way, revealing he wasn't even familiar with the road, or the issue.
Asked when he requested additional funding from the Albanese Labor Government to support small businesses after last year's Mid North Coast and Hunter floods, Chris Minns was once again unable to provide a timeline, and took on notice whether the request had even been made.
Premier Minns was also unable to confirm when the long-promised Moree bail accommodation would open, seemingly blaming the local Mayor for the delay.
The Premier had originally committed to opening the Moree bail accommodation by mid-2025.
NSW Nationals Leader Gurmesh Singh said the Premier is clearly not across his brief when it comes to regional NSW.
"If it happens outside of Newcastle, Sydney or Wollongong, the Minns Labor Government doesn't care," Mr Singh said.
"Communities across regional NSW deserve a government who cares about them, and knows the basics about the issues we are facing."
