Renewed appeal to locate mum, two children missing from Armidale, NSW

Police have renewed their appeal for public assistance as they continue to investigate the whereabouts of a woman and her two children, which have been missing from the state’s New England area since early November, NSW Police say.

Mia Gillon, 27, and her two children were last seen at a property in Armidale on Sunday 12 November 2017. On that day they were travelling in a vehicle described as a green Hyundai Excel with Queensland registration.

Police have renewed their appeal for public assistance to locate them, as there are concerns for their welfare.

Officers conducting inquiries have information that she is with the children in the Glen Innes/Inverell area, or may be travelling to Queensland.

Mia is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm to 170cm tall, of a slim build with shoulder-length dark hair.

She is travelling with her four-year-old son, described as being of Caucasian appearance with brown hair. The second child is a newborn boy.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Triple Zero (000) or Crime Stoppers.
