Council provides residential parking permits for residents who live in streets with parking restrictions.
Current permits have an expiry date of 31 October 2021, however they will be valid until 30 November 2021. This will allow sufficient time for the receipt and display of the new permits. New permits are scheduled to be posted out on 8 November 2021.
If the current permit is displayed, no enforcement will occur until 1 December 2021. Until this date, all permit holders still have responsibility to display their current permit as required.
All permit holders must display their new permits upon receipt or from 1 December 2021, whichever occurs first.
If your permit becomes too faded for view over the next 12 months, a replacement(s) will only be issued upon return of the original permit to Council.
