A 46-year-old female constable from Community Contact Command has returned to official duty with the Queensland Police Service after being stood down from duty since August 5, 2016.
The officer was subject to a disciplinary proceeding after being served with a Notice to Appear before the Southport Magistrates Court for driving under the influence of liquor and for administrative matters in relation to the handling of evidence, preparation of court documents and compliance with policy.
All matters have now been finalised.
