A commissioned officer from the Central Region who was suspended with pay from official duty with the Queensland Police Service on 12 October, 2017 has had that suspension revoked, Queensland Police say.
However, the officer is stood down from operational duties until the completion of any discipline matters.
The officer allegedly engaged in inappropriate workplace behaviour and practices.
In keeping with our commitment to high standards of behaviour, transparency and accountability, we have undertaken to inform the public when an officer faces serious allegations of misconduct. This does not mean that the allegations against the officer have been substantiated.
