Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Richard Masters.
The 36-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court.
Masters is described as being 175cms tall with a solid build, brown eyes and black hair.
He is known to frequent the Preston, Thornbury or Fitzroy areas.
Investigators have released an image of Masters in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
