Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ricky Bullard, Victoria Police say.
The 20-year-old is wanted for failing to appear at court for traffic offences.
He is described as about 178cm tall with a thin build, blonde hair and has a fair complexion.
Bullard is known to frequent the Whittlesea, Doreen, Mernda and Kinglake areas.
Police have released an image of Bullard in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Bullard is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
