A motorcycle rider has died after crashing in Sydney's south last night.
Just after 9.00pm (Thursday 18 December 2025), emergency services were called to the Bangor Bypass, Bangor, near Dilkara Circuit, following reports of a crash.
Officers attached to Sutherland Shire Police Area Command arrived to find a motorcycle had crashed into trees after leaving the roadway.
The rider – a male believed to be aged in his 20s – was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics for serious injuries but was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident.
As investigations continue, police are urging anyone with dashcam vision, CCTV footage or information about the incident to contact Sutherland Police.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
