Robbery with violence, Park Ridge

Police are investigating after a 40-year-old woman had her vehicle stolen at knifepoint at Park Ridge in the early hours of this morning.

Around 5.45am a woman was standing next to her silver Toyota Rav 4 in the carpark of a supermarket on Mt Lindsay Highway when two men approached the her. The men made demands for the vehicle while threatening the woman with a knife.

The woman handed over her keys and the men drove away.

She was not physically injured in the incident.

Police are searching for the stolen 2006 silver Toyota Rav 4 with Queensland registration 363WKK.

Anyone who has seen the vehicle or has further information is urged to contact police.
