Rosebud mobile phone theft

Rosebud police are investigating the theft of a mobile phone which occurred in Rosebud on 2 September.

Investigators have been told the victim was contacted by a male who wanted to purchase the phone after seeing it advertised in an online marketplace.

It is believed the suspect arrived in a white Toyota Camry Sedan with a driver and front seat passenger present.

The victim met the suspect in the front yard who then grabbed the phone out of the victim’s hand and ran back towards the waiting vehicle which drove away.

Police have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
