Rowville arrests and search warrant

Dandenong Divisional Response Unit members executed a search warrant and arrested a man and woman at Rowville earlier today, Victoria Police say.

Police executed the warrant at a residential property about 10.40am and arrested the 28-year-old Rowville woman at the scene.

A search of the home uncovered what is alleged to be quantities of GHB, ice, cocaine, heroin, Viagra, hallucinogenic and assorted drugs as well as a high powered laser pointer.

A number of IDs were also located with a prescription book all alleged to be stolen.

A 47-year-old Rowville man was arrested after he surrendered himself at the Rowville Police Station.

The man has been charged with 24 charges in relation to traffic and possess drugs, prohibited weapons, stolen goods and proceeds of crime.

He has been remanded to appear at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (22 February).

The woman has been charged with drug offences and has been bailed to appear at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on 15 August.
