I welcome confirmation this morning by the Managing Contractor that employees impacted by Accuracy Interiors have signed new employment agreements with the replacement subcontractor.
I’m advised the replacement subcontractor Q3 will recommence work on the Royal Hobart Hospital Redevelopment today.
This project is a vital part of the Government’s plan to build a better health system and deliver 250 new beds to the RHH.
I have been receiving daily briefings on this matter from the Project Director, and the redevelopment remains on track for completion in mid-2019.
