Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ruby Harris.
The 20-year-old is wanted on warrants for drug, theft and bail related offences.
She is Caucasian, 160cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion, red hair and green eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Harris in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
