Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ryan Beqir.
The 23-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear at court in relation to property offences.
He is known to frequent the Bendigo and south east Melbourne areas.
Investigators have released an image of Beqir in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
