A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Sam Macafee.
The 40-year-old Armadale man is wanted for breaching conditions of a community corrections order.
Investigators have released an image of Macafee in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Macafee is approximately 190cm tall with a thin build and short dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Armadale, Prahran and Malvern areas.
Investigators believe Macafee is actively avoiding police.
