Lismore is set to step into the magic of Christmas with the return of Santa's Wonderland at the Lismore Regional Gallery from Friday, 5 December to Sunday, 21 December. The beloved experience is at the heart of this year's festive program, supported by a range of family-friendly activities and initiatives that celebrate and reward shopping local.
Santa's Wonderland will operate Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10.30am to 3.30pm, with Thursday sessions from 10.30am to 5.30pm. Bookings for photos with Santa are essential and can be made at www.xmasinlismore.com, where pricing details are also available. Low sensory sessions are offered.
A special new feature, Pawtraits, will offer families the chance to capture festive photos with their pets at The Quad on Saturday, 6 December, Saturday, 13 December and Saturday, 20 December, all running from 10.30am to 3.30pm, adding a playful and inclusive twist to the celebrations.
Lismore City Mayor Steve Krieg said Christmas in Lismore is a time to come together and enjoy the spirit of the season.
"I encourage everyone to visit Santa's Wonderland, get some photos and while you are down there, do some Christmas shopping and support our local businesses," he said.

This year's Christmas program includes a variety of fun, family-friendly activities:
• Shop, Spin & Win - Spend over $30 at an independent store in Lismore during December 2025 and present your receipt at a Shop, Spin & Win pop-up. Every spin wins!
• Elf Hunt - Families can explore local businesses throughout December to find elves hidden in shop windows, with prizes for completed entries.
• Carols in the Heart - Returning to Crozier Field on Saturday, 6 December. Gates open at 3pm.
