NSW Government

Eligible drivers are reminded to link their e-tags to their MyService NSW account to benefit from discounts on vehicle registration.

The Toll Relief program provides free private vehicle registration on one vehicle linked to the account. The full discount applies to drivers who spend $1352 or more in tolls in the previous financial year.

Drivers who spend $811 in a financial year are eligible for half-price registration.

To be part of the program, e-tags must be linked to vehicles via the MyService NSW account.

Close to 40% of eligible NSW drivers aren't benefiting from the vehicle registration discount.

The average saving from the discount is $347, with more than $60 million collectively saved by NSW drivers this financial year.

Minister for Digital and Minister for Customer Service Victor Dominello said once the accounts are linked the discounts are automatically applied.

"Customers simply need to link their e-tag and ensure their vehicle details are up-to-date," Mr Dominello said.
