Search continues for missing teen Portia Tobin

Police are continuing to appeal for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Portia Tobin.

The 14-year-old was last seen on Lonsdale Street, Melbourne on 8 March.

Police and family members hold concerns for Portia's welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.

They have released images in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.

Portia is described as about 168cm tall with a thin build, straight shoulder-length brown/blonde hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion.

It is believed she may have been sighted on 26 March wearing jeans and red/maroon top.

Investigators believe there may have been further sightings of Portia at Central Square Shopping Centre, Altona Meadows, and the shopping precinct on Maher Road, Laverton.
