Search for man following incident at West Footscray railway station

Transit Crime Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for public assistance to identify a man involved in a stalking incident at West Footscray Railway Station late last year. , Victoria Police say

Investigators have been told a man followed a woman from Geelong Road/Princes Highway to the West Footscray Railway Station on 27 December 2016.

The man then behaved inappropriately, and ran off, when the woman confronted him.

It is believed the man was driving a red Ford Territory.

The man was wearing a fluro yellow shirt, dark coloured shorts and black shoes.

Police are investigating the incident and have CCTV released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquires.
