Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thomas McGrath.
The 11-year-old was last seen at Bayside Shopping Centre, Frankston about 3pm on 30 January.
Police and family members hold concerns for Thomas' welfare due to his age.
Police understand he may have travelled to the Warrnambool area.
Thomas is described as 130cm tall, thin build with short fair hair and blue eyes.
An image of Thomas has been released in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Thomas is requested to contact the Frankston Police Station.
