The search for missing bushwalker Julio Ascui will resume tomorrow at Grampians State Park, Victoria Police say.
Police believe the 50-year-old Keilor Downs man left his home to go bushwalking at Halls Gap on Friday 29 December.
Julio, also known as Lester, has not been in contact with his family since his last Facebook post on Friday.
Police and family members hold concerns for Julio as his disappearance is out of character.
Julio is described as 165cm tall, bald, medium build with a tanned complexion.
He was last seen wearing a blue and white weatherproof jacket with a blue t-shirt and a brown baseball cap.
Julio’s 4WD was located by family members at a car park on the corner of Stoney Creek Road and Rosea Track in Halls Gap at 5pm on 31 December.
Police have released an image of Julio and his vehicle in the hope someone may recognise him and be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
Local police will continue the search tomorrow morning with the assistance of Search and Rescue members, Air Wing, SES and volunteer bush search and rescue.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Halls Gap Police Station on 5356 4411.
