Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing girl Zara Adams, Victoria Police say.
The 13-year-old was last seen at her home on Mareeba Way, Craigieburn about 7.50pm last night.
Police and family have concerns for Zara due to her young age and she has a medical condition.
An image of Zara has been released in the hope someone may recognise her.
Zara is described as Caucasian, about 155cm tall with dark hair that has purple on the ends.
She was last seen wearing a grey jacket, grey top with a Coca Cola symbol, black shorts and black Nike shoes.
Zara is known to frequent the Craigieburn, Melton and Melbourne CBD areas.
