Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Heatherton man Dimitrios Konstantinidis, Victoria Police say.
The 90-year-old was last seen in Heatherton at a care facility on Warrigal Road about 11.45am this morning.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to his age and as he suffers from a number of medical conditions.
Investigators have released an image of Dimitrios in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Dimitrios is urged to contact Moorabbin police on 9553 4297.
