Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 72-year-old man Geoffrey Underwood, Victoria Police say.
Geoffrey was last seen at his Reid Street home in Balwyn at 6am and is known to frequent the Balwyn and Phillip Island areas.
He was wearing jeans with a blue checked shirt and a blue jumper.
Geoffrey did not take his phone or wallet with him which is out of character, causing concerns from his family.
Police have released an image of Geoffrey in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Geoffrey is urged to contact Boroondara Police Station on 8851 1111.
