Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Mark Slater.
The 36-year-old Chadstone man was last seen at a hospital on Warrigal Road, Glen Iris on 13 February.
Police and family members hold concerns for Mark's welfare and have released an image in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Mark is described as 170cm tall with a medium build, black hair and a fair complexion.
He is known to frequent the St Kilda and Chadstone areas.
Anyone who sees Mark or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Belgrave Police Station 9754 6677.
