Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Martin Reynolds.
The 72-year-old was last seen at an address on Robe Street, St Kilda about 12pm on 23 February.
Police have concerns for Martin's welfare due to a medical condition.
He has a thin build and shoulder length hair.
Police have released an image of Martin in the hope someone recognises him.
Anyone who sees Martin or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact St Kilda Police Station on 9536 2666.
