Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Lake Gardens man Norman Rees, Victoria Police say.
The 72-year-old was last seen leaving a business in Bridge Mall, Ballarat about 5.30pm.
Investigators believe he then drove his Mercedes Benz Van, registration 1AN-3VA, to Ellsworth Street, Mount Pleasant.
Norman was then meant to drive to an address in Cinnamon Drive, Lake Gardens but never arrived.
Police and family have concerns for Norman as he suffers from a medical condition that requires regular treatment.
Investigators have released an image of Norman in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
