Police are appealing for public information to help locate missing Drouin West man Scott Markworth, Victoria Police say.
The 34-year-old was last seen at Drouin Railway Station catching a city-bound train about midday on 12 July.
Police and family members hold concerns for Scott’s welfare due to a medical condition that requires medication.
Scott is described as about 185-190cm tall with a slim build and shoulder-length wavy brown hair.
He was wearing a dark blue cardigan, tan-coloured hooded jumper, black skinny leg jeans and black sneakers.
It is believed Scott frequents the Southbank and Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released an image of Scott in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
